Eminem Mourns the Loss of His Mother, Debbie Nelson, at 69



Renowned musician Eminem mother, Debbie Nelson, passed yesterday at age 69 after struggling with terminal lung cancer. Dennis Dennehy, Eminem’s attorney, verified her death. Monday, December 2 saw her death in St. Joseph, Missouri. Her ailment first revealed in September, and at the time it was reported that her chances were bleak.

Debbie Nelson was born on a military post in Kansas in 1955 and raised in a turbulent and dysfunctional household.
